Hello! I'm Ian.

I am an entrepreneur from California, USA. My interests include real estate, technology, engineering, and building products and businesses. Much of what's presented here will revolve around these topics.

Here I share my thoughts and experiences on a number of subjects with the hope another may benefit. Mostly, what you'll find here is a collection of my notes and ramblings as I work through problems and explore ideas in my own life and career. I don't expect you to find the content especially revolutionary. In fact, I don't expect too many to visit at all given the vast majority of the internet goes undiscovered. But just the same, if someone stumbles upon this site and finds something useful, then mission accomplished. And if not, there's still utility in leaving behind breadcrumbs if even just for my future self to better understand past decisions and viewpoints.
